In 2003 Splendid Hotel received an acknowledgment from the Tourist association of the City of Dubrovnik for excellent results and taking first place in the hotel category of the "I love Croatia – let's make our town more beautiful" challenge. Glorijet bistro Let us pamper your senses with flavours and aromas of typical Dubrovnik cuisine. Try the traditional brodet, dishes from under peka (traditional roasting lid), fresh fish and seafood as well as the famous and indispensable rozata at Glorijet, our garden bistro. Hotel bar The hotel also features a renovated bar. Step out on the terrace on an early summer evening and spend some time listening to easy tunes and enjoying a refreshing summer cocktail. Snack bar You wish to enjoy the sun and the sea throughout the whole day.
